Cottage R

Cottage "R" is a refurbished 4-bed hiker cottage

It has 4 beds (2 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs), no private bathroom or kitchenette. The cottages are not heated. The cottages have been refurbished.

Shared bathrooms are available in an adjacent building; cabin showers with hot water on coin meter (20 CZK).

Caravan / camper / tent

The Baldovec resort offers 40,000 m² of camping area, so you can choose where to set up camp.

The grounds are not fenced, so you will camp in open nature next to the forests and the Bílá voda creek. You can pick any spot you like. We enforce night-time quiet hours and have on-site security.

Dear guests, advance booking is required for tent and caravan pitches in July and August. Thank you for your understanding.

Caravans have access to 230 V electrical hookups with European sockets. Adapters can be rented in advance against a refundable deposit. There are plenty of fire pits to use; lighting new ones is forbidden.

On site you can use sanitary facilities with WCs, washrooms and shower cabins on coin meters (20 CZK), open 24/7. The women's area also has a coin-operated washing machine. There are outdoor sinks with a draining area for washing dishes. You can also use a chemical-WC drain and a water panel for refilling caravans and motorhomes.

Maximum capacity is 63 caravan/tent pitches.

We also offer year-round pitch rental for permanent caravan placement. Price by agreement.

• Each private pitch may host 1–2 caravans/campers or 1–2 tents, or 1 caravan and 1 tent, or 1 camper and 1 tent.

GREEN VIP ZONE — 1,200 m², 1 PITCH

• Private pitch rental (for caravans/campers/tents) 5,000 CZK/night
• INCLUDED: camper or caravan and car, or small tent and car, or large tent and car + shelter/party tent + 1–28 persons (incl. children) + tourist tax + electrical hookup + pet + 10% discount on the ropes course, climbing tower, archery and paintball.
• Each private pitch may host 1–7 caravans/campers or 1–7 tents, or a mix of tents and caravans up to 7 units total.

Operation & booking

• Check-in at all camping pitches is from 13:00 on arrival day; pitches must be vacated by 11:00 on departure day.
• On receipt of a camping pitch / private spot booking, we require payment of a deposit invoice of 50% of the total accommodation price.
