Gift vouchers purchased through the e-shop

1. Purchase and payment of gift vouchers
The Operator allows customers to purchase gift vouchers through the e-shop on the website www.baldovec.cz. Gift vouchers can be used for the services stated on the voucher or in the Operator's offer.
A gift voucher can be paid for by bank transfer or, where this payment method is permitted for the given order, in cash or by payment card at the Operator's reception. The order will be processed once the specified payment conditions have been met.
2. Validity of the gift voucher
A gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the voucher. After the validity period expires, the voucher can no longer be redeemed. The validity can be extended only by prior agreement with the Operator.
3. Redeeming the gift voucher
A gift voucher is redeemed when the service it was issued for is used. For services that require a reservation, the customer must arrange a date in advance. Reservations are subject to the Operator's current availability.
When making a reservation, the customer must state that they intend to use the service with a gift voucher and must present a valid voucher when using the service. The voucher can be redeemed only in accordance with its purpose and the conditions of the particular service.
4. Cash payout, cancellation and refunds
A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and its value cannot be paid out in money. The unused value of a voucher cannot be refunded.
If the voucher is not used within its validity period, there is no right to a refund of the amount paid. The same applies to the unused part of the voucher's value, unless the conditions of the particular service provide otherwise.
The conditions for cancelling a reservation and any cancellation fees are governed by the rules set for the relevant service. The statutory rights of the consumer, in particular the right to withdraw from the contract where it applies to the case, remain unaffected by this provision.
5. Withdrawal from the contract when buying a gift voucher through the e-shop
5.1. A buyer who is a consumer and purchased a gift voucher through the e-shop has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless legal regulations provide otherwise.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the buyer to send a notice of withdrawal to the Operator before the end of that period. The notice can be sent by e-mail to info@baldovec.cz or in writing to the Operator's registered office.
5.3. In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract, the Operator will return the funds received to the buyer without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, in the same way in which they were received, unless the parties agree otherwise and no additional costs are incurred by the buyer.
5.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply where legal regulations exclude it. If a specific voucher is linked to the provision of a service or digital content under conditions for which the law provides an exception to the right of withdrawal, the possibility of withdrawal will be assessed according to the nature of the particular contract and whether the statutory conditions are met.
5.5. The provisions on non-refundability of unused vouchers and on the impossibility of exchanging them for cash apply to cases where the buyer has no statutory right to a refund. This does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
