Your satisfaction is our goal and we do our best to ensure it. At the same time, every guest must follow certain rules that are binding on all clients of the resort.
The rules we ask you to observe are summarised below:
The guest registers at reception and truthfully states the number of persons sharing their accommodation type. Reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00. Payment for accommodation and related services is made on the arrival day (other arrangements possible by agreement). The amount is agreed in advance, with the base amount set by the price list. Tourist tax and other fees applicable for the period are part of the settlement.
After payment, the guest receives the keys to the accommodation, which is handed over together with a written inventory list confirmed by the guest's signature. Check-in on the arrival day is from 15:00, unless agreed otherwise.
On the day the agreed stay ends, the guest must vacate the accommodation by 10:00, hand it over in the state in which it was received (including the inventory) and return the keys to reception.
The guest treats the entrusted inventory with care and pays for any loss or damage to the inventory occurring during their stay.
Smoking is not allowed in any accommodation type. Use of personal electric appliances is not allowed, except a radio and those for personal hygiene (hairdryer, epilator etc.). When leaving the accommodation each time, the guest must close water valves, switch off lights and turn off all electric appliances, except heating in winter.
Use of personal beverage-tap (beer-tap) equipment is not allowed in any accommodation type or anywhere on the camping grounds.
Please report any technical faults on any equipment to reception immediately.
Camping Baldovec is not liable for damage to a guest's property unless that property was placed in our safekeeping.
All visitors of the resort (not just guests staying overnight) are expected to keep the entire grounds clean and tidy.
For guests staying in cottages without bathrooms, sanitary facilities are available in a separate building in the lower part of the grounds, open 24/7. Inside there are WCs, washbasins and showers (coin meters accept 10 and 20 CZK coins).
Guests may also use a coin-operated washing machine located in the women's washroom. Washbasins are not intended for laundering clothes, footwear etc.
Pets are allowed on the grounds provided they do not disturb other guests. Walking pets to relieve themselves on the resort grounds is forbidden.
You will be assigned a parking spot. Please do not change it during your stay; doing so could inconvenience other guests. The area in front of the restaurant is reserved for day visitors. At tents and caravans, please park so as not to obstruct other vehicles entering or leaving.
Lighting new fire pits on the grounds is not allowed. You may use the central fire pit by the rope course. Portable fire pits can be borrowed at reception against a refundable deposit. Open fires must be used with safety in mind, which we leave to your good judgement. A fire must never be left unattended.
You can collect a rubbish bag for your tent or caravan at reception. At the end of your stay, please place the bag of rubbish at the designated collection point.
For sports please use the designated areas (3 beach-volleyball courts and 2 multifunction tennis courts below the rope course) or open lawns on the grounds. Your sporting activities must not disturb other guests.
Sports equipment rental is at the kiosk by the rope course, or at reception. Available items include balls, badminton, ping pong, tennis rackets, mountain bikes, pétanque etc.
The bar by the rope course is also available (in season).
The rope course (RC) is open daily 9:00–20:00 (unless otherwise stated). For groups and schools with pre-arranged activities, the fee for the activities is paid at reception after they end. Staying in the rope course or on the climbing tower without an instructor is forbidden!
Beach-volleyball courts (3 in total) and tennis courts (2 in total) can be rented and paid for at the kiosk by the rope course or at reception, where you will also be given the court keys.
The restaurant with outdoor terrace seating up to 150 is available. Opening hours are listed on the restaurant page on this website (a wide selection of food, coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, daily menu, excellent South Moravian wines).
Quiet hours on the grounds are 22:00–07:00. We strongly ask you to refrain from any behaviour that would disturb this peace. Disturbing the night-time peace is grounds for terminating the stay without refund. We trust in your consideration. Let's avoid problems that would require police involvement.
In case of injury, contact any staff member who will arrange immediate care by a medic. A first-aid kit for minor injuries is available at reception and with the sports instructors.
Information about possible trips, hiking routes, ticket reservations and opening hours of nearby caves, castles and chateaux, as well as nearby car services, banks, ATMs etc. is available at reception. Reception also holds all information about activities on our grounds and upcoming events.
All use of sports activities — including the rope course and tower — is at the guest's own risk.
Entry to the playground area with trampolines is paid at reception.
Entry to the salt cave and wellness centre is via reception, where you can also make a booking.
Please trust that observing the rules in the points above is essential for a pleasant stay — both for you and for your short-term neighbours at our resort. The other informational paragraphs are intended to help you find your way around the resort quickly. We wish you an enjoyable stay.
